Do I get my pictures back?
We will send back all pictures that are sent to us in the original condition. We do prefer that you make a color copy of the image and send that instead of the original.

Can I email my photos?
Yes, we would prefer you to email the photos which make the process go faster. Emailing is quick and convenient; please make sure that they are in the .jpeg format before sending!

Can I change the colors?
We can make your photo any color that you would like. If you would like Sepia, Black and White or Color please be sure to specify that with your order.

Can you send just the charm and I want to put my own picture inside?
No, we only will send out the finished product. Our pendants are either made with glass that has the soldered picture inside or there is a resin coating that protects your photo.

Can you crop or fix my pictures?
Yes, we can fix pictures by cropping, resizing or retouching them.

Can I get my jewelry wet?
Yes & No! If you ordered a glass pendant with the two photos, then the answer is no! If it is a necklace that has a resin coating then the answer would be yes!

What if I want to add beads or embellishments to my piece?
We can do that without a problem. You need to specify what you would like. We can add a bead to the bottom of the piece, hearts or swirl designs. You can also have your piece done on beads. We also can make it to your desired length. There will be an additional charge for changes that are made. Please inquire BEFORE placing your order.

Can you send me an empty pendant that I can add my photos into?
No, we only send out finished pieces.

Will you tell me where you get your supplies?
We wish we could but that information is confidential.

Can I return my piece if I don't like it?
No, we can not take returns due to the custom order. They can not be re-sold. If you are unhappy with the piece please send an email to returns@alisamichelle.com and we will determine the appropriate action to take.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we are glad to make custom orders however you need to be specific in what you would like. Since custom orders are just that they are non returnable. We will work within your budget and parameters to get you the exact piece you are looking for. Pictures and color samples do help us a lot!

How do I host a jewelry party?
If you are in the Los Angeles area and you would like to host a party please feel free to contact us and let us know! There are some specifics that need to be taken care of in order for us to host a party. There must be a confirmed minimum of 15 guests. The host will receive compensation for putting the party together. The amount received will be discussed when conformation of the guests have been established.

How does shipping of my item work?
Each item is handmade unless it is a one of a kind piece that is already in stock. Some of pieces have pendants that are from various countries and if the pendant is not in our stock we will have to place an order for it. These orders can take up to 10 weeks for delivery. We promise to be very diligent in keeping you up to date with the status of your order. We will let you know ASAP how long the estimated wait will be and within 24 hours of that confirmation if the expected wait time is too long you may cancel your order without being charged. Please be patient as we are dedicated to bringing you only the finest materials and quality.

What do you do with the email address on your mailing list? Why should I sign up?
Our mailing list is for our eyes only! Your email address will never be sold or given away for promotional soliciting. We will send you updates on what is happening in the company, which stars are wearing Alisa Michelle, discounts and coupons that won't be available on the site.
