How can I pay?
Alisa Michelle Designs accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express, Discover or PAYPAL. Please make sure that the correct billing address is provided along with a valid security code which is on the back of your card. On orders over $500, we will charge your credit card a 25% deposit before we begin production on your order. On orders over $1000, we will charge a 50% deposit before production begins. The balance will be charged when we are ready to ship.

When can I expect my jewelry?
All Alisa Michelle Designs jewelry is custom made to order. We do our best to ship within 7-14 days of receipt of your order. If we are out of stock on any item we will notify you via e-mail. Some items may need to be ordered from out of the country and will take longer to ship. Please be patient and we will notify you via email to provide you with the estimated time of arrival.

Where's my order?
If you have a tracking number, you can track your order online at the USPS website. If you do not receive shipment confirmation from USPS within 15 days, please email at info@alisamichelle.com for status on your order.

Will I get a receipt?
An invoice will arrive with your order.

Returns/exchanges/damages
Alisa Michelle Designs will repair or exchange any merchandise which you receive damaged. For orders received damaged, you must email us at returns@alisamichelle.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry you may return any unworn and undamaged item within 5 days of receipt and we will issue you a credit for another order on the website. Again, you must email us before sending anything back.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

What service do you use to ship?
All orders are shipped USPS insured, ground unless you state another preference.

Can you ship to international addresses?
Yes. After you place your order you will receive a separate e-mail with your estimated shipping amount. We will await your confirmation before producing your order. You must reply that you accept the shipping charges before we will make your order. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO LAGOS, NIGERA or though any third parties or using money orders, wire transfers etc. We must have direct contact with the customer.

Do you take wholesale orders?
We do sell to wholesale customers. Please contact us for the wholesale information. We do have a $400.00 minimum purchase and do not accept Net30 on first orders. For wholesale information please email wholesale@alisamichelle.com.
